本文收集整理了一些在某些场景下的审稿人回复应对方法和应答模板。内容有本人亲身经历，也有网络上其他热心同行的分享，对第一次投稿的萌新们应该有所帮助，后续会不断补充完善。
回复原则

逐条回复，不要遗漏，正面回答，不要回避
有些审稿意见已经分条列出，这种情况下直接逐条回复即可。另外有时候有些审稿意见是整段的文字，这种情况下应当分条目整理出来逐条回答，不要遗漏。不好回答的问题也要正面回答，不要答非所问转移话题。

礼貌谦逊，用词客气委婉
回复审稿意见的时候尽可能礼貌谦逊，每一条审稿建议都可以感谢一下，另外不要同一句感谢的话重复使用，下面这些可以换着用。

- thank you for that excellent and insightful series of remarks.

仔细检查，避免返工
同类型问题修改完后通篇检查，避免再次出现。公式、表格、图片增减/删减后编号问题应当注意。
稿件中细节错误或者是文字上的改进
这类问题比较详细具体，修改起来也比较快，比方说文中某个具体位置或者单词的语法问题，表达问题，图片增加比例尺，公式推导增加中间过程，补充缩写词全称等等易于修改的小问题或小错误。这种情况下直接表达感谢，并表示已经按照要求做出了修改即可。
需要注意的是，可能审稿人只指明了某一个位置，但是该问题在文中不止一个地方存在，所以修改完应当检查全文，查看是否有其他同类型的纰漏瑕疵，若有，一并修正。

审稿人让引用某些文章
通常让引用的一般都是相关的文献，仔细拜读然后在合适的位置增加即可。

审稿人认为英语不够好
审稿人并没有具体指出哪里英语表达有问题，只是认为英语不行。这种情况下可以请认识的英语专业或者英文好的朋友帮忙修改或者找润色机构润色。修改后给审稿人回复可以强调已经找专业人士润色过。

审稿人认为没有创新
没有创新分为两种情况，第一种是确实没有创新，第二种是由于写作表达问题没有凸显出创新点，这里只讨论第二种情况……这种情况需要改写论文的abstract、Introduction和Conclusions，在其中强调创新和贡献。另外在审稿人回复中应当分条列出创新点。
Thank you for this valuable feedback. Our research is the first to show that … /confirms the findings of … /improve the yield of … . We have added a sentence to the Abstract/Introduction/Conclusions, and paragraph to the Discussion section, to clarify this.
审稿人的疑问
由于审稿人和作者的背景知识、认知等不同，在研究方向并不完全一致，审稿人对论文中的某些论述存在疑问，这种情况可以在回复中做出解答，若有必要，可以在稿件相应位置增加解释，增加可读性。
审稿人意见暂时无法实现
有时候审稿人回要求增加实验，或者改进实验。这类意见原则上尽量满足，若实在无法实现，应当充分的解释原因，做到有理、有利、有节。
审稿人的误解
即使发现审稿人错了，也不要怼审稿人，保持谦逊礼貌，耐心解释问题，给出充分合理的论据做出回复。另外，审稿人会误解那么其他读者也可能会误解，这种情况下应当检查一下稿件，修改可能产生歧义的地方。
催稿
有些期刊由于接受的稿件实在太多忙不过来或者审稿人拖稿，稿件状态可能长达数月都没有更新，这时需要催促一下。
客气地催

I’m not sure if it is the right time to contact you to inquire about the status of my submitted manuscript: (ID: XXXX-XXXX-XXX-XXX) Entitled “The Manuscript Title” , It has been submitted for over three months, but I have not heard of any decision from the journal.
